SHIPPING POLICY
In-stock items are shipped within 3-5 business days. Made-to-order items are shipped as they are completed, generally 2-3 weeks, however; these items can take longer around the holidays. As a one-person operation, orders may be delayed due to extenuating circumstances (sickness, family emergency, etc.). I maintain the right to alter shipping times should these events occur.
At this time I am only shipping within the United States and US territories. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Order costs reflect shipping costs, packaging, and time. Please contact me if you wish to add insurance, have special shipping or gift wrapping requests. I can also add a special note to your order.
AJ Newell Studio is not liable for any lost, stolen or unclaimed packages. Make certain your shipping situation is safe and secure to ensure smooth delivery. I strive to keep packaging minimal so all receipts are via email.

Cancellations are accepted within 24-hours of order placement. Please contact me to cancel your order.
I strive to accurately describe and portray all items and provide relevant information. Please ask questions about an item before placing an order. I do not allow returns or exchanges based on wrong size or buyer’s remorse. All listings include sizes and measurements. Please confirm appropriate sizing for rings or any other customized pieces prior to ordering. To determine your ring size, you can visit any jewelry store and ask to be sized.
All custom orders are final sale.
