ABOUT THE ARTIST

Throughout my life, I’ve been a creator, exploring various artistic mediums. But it’s metal and glass that have truly won my heart, allowing me to bring the ideas swirling around in my head to life.

 

I’m a proud Virginian with roots that stretch back to Ireland and Wales. My upbringing was a rich tapestry woven with fairy tales, mythology, good horror novels, and a generous serving of art history. I’m fueled by my daydreams, the melodies of music, and an insatiable curiosity to dissect and understand the inner workings of things. All these influences find their way into my sculptures and jewelry designs.

 

To me, jewelry is not just adornment; it’s a catalyst for transformation. Whether it’s through talismanic properties, as a symbol of cherished memories, or even by the simple act of enhancing one’s face value, jewelry has the power to change the wearer. It’s an incredibly magical and humbling experience to know that something I’ve created has played a role in such meaningful transformations.
