Due to the handmade nature of my pieces, all chain lengths and ring sizes are final and cannot be altered. Sizing information for each piece may be found in the listing details. Rings are sized to an industry-standard mandrel of American ring sizes. To determine your ring size, you can visit any jewelry store and ask to be sized. Necklace lengths are detailed in each listing. Please note that necklaces may appear slightly longer or shorter on the model than on you due to neck width, bust size, torso length, etc. Earrings are crafted with the standard thickness of posts/hooks.

AJ Newell Studio Jewelry is a work of art and should be treated as such. I craft every piece with care because I want you to love your jewelry as much as I loved making it for you. Jewelry should be the last thing you put on when dressing and the first thing you take off when undressing. Apply perfume, lotion, makeup, or hairspray before putting on your jewelry. Remove your jewelry to shower, swim, sleep, exercise, or perform household chores. Store your jewelry separately in individual bags. Clean your jewelry by wiping with a soft cloth. Avoid chemical solutions and ultrasonic cleaners. They are too harsh for many gemstones and will remove the patina featured on these pieces.

AJ Newell Studio Jewelry is crafted for longevity but repairs may become necessary. I am happy to provide repairs for a fee depending on the situation and wear and tear. Please contact me and explain what needs to be repaired. I reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests. I do not repair jewelry made by others.
