This is the first piece in a new series inspired by Virginia native plants — specifically the ones I can find right here in my little corner of the world. The pendant is sterling silver with a chrysocolla malachite cabochon — deep, moody teal-green –– surrounded by sprigs of Joe-Pye Weed. The chain is handmade sterling with chrysocolla rondelles, finished with a leather cord and fringe.
